We’ll use Energy EFT – a form of meridian tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques) to raise your spirits and put a smile on your face. Prepare to come away feeling great.
 
This meet up is open to everyone, from experienced tappers to people who have never tried EFT before.
